It is our pleasure to welcome you to Villa Mechmech — a three-floor mountain villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms + guest WC, heated pool, winter glass room, outdoor kitchen, pergola, BBQ area, and parking inside the gate. We hope your time here is restful, private, and entirely effortless.
This little book holds everything you need for your stay — how the villa and its comforts work, what surrounds you in Mechmech and beyond, the few things we kindly ask of our guests, and how to reach us at any hour.

I · Visitors & gatherings
Additional visitors and gatherings must be approved by Oraya in advance. For events and larger gatherings, Oraya arranges everything — catering, décor, music and ambience.
II · Restricted areas
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security and storage rooms stay closed — please do not access or tamper.
III · Smoking
On the terrace and outdoors, where ashtrays are set out. Not indoors.
IV · Pool safety
No diving. Children swim supervised. Using the heated pool? Cover back on after use.
V · Children & supervision
An adult keeps an eye on little ones at all times, indoors and out.
VI · Property care
Treat the villa, its furniture and the outdoor areas with care — as you would your own.
VII · Quiet hours
Low volume between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
VIII · Keys & security
Lock doors and windows and secure the gate when you head out. A lost key or code — tell us at once.
